Trex

Trex is an Extraordinary Option for girls ages 12-17 and women members of Guiding. A “trek” is a journey that can be challenging and sometimes even arduous. A Trex Girl Guide is someone who embraces challenging, exciting and bold outdoor adventures. Trex isn’t for every girl, but it is for any girl who wants to test herself physically, mentally and emotionally, doing things she may not have had the opportunity to try before. She wants to face physical challenges energetically and fearlessly, as she tests her limits and pushes herself to overcome obstacles and achieve new goals.

For information on starting a Trex Unit in Ontario or joining a Trex unit, contact the program.admin@guidesontario.org

Trex units belong to an Administrative Community and are supported by the Ontario Council. The Provincial Camping Adviser or her designates are prepared to provide Trex orientation.
