Orientation to Guiding provides an overview of information about Girl Guides of Canada. Potential members need to review the information with Orientation to Guiding, and discuss it with an interviewer as part of the screening process.

Standard Financial Reporting Manual

The Standard Financial Reporting Manual is used by treasurers and unit Guiders and gives step-by-step instructions for complete financial record keeping for Guiding at all levels.

Member Zone

Member Zone is the GGC password-protected website for adult Members. Set up your account using your iMIS number (Membership number found on your membership card) and email address.

Member Zone contains a number of useful resources including program support materials, training opportunities, policies and procedures and communication materials.

Non-member Volunteers

Non-member volunteers are individuals who support Guiding informally in roles such as a Unit Assistant or Treasurer. Unit Assistance must be registered in the Girl Guides of Canada database, using the Non-Member Volunteer form (A.7)
