When?

The program boxes can be in your hands by the May long weekend, but you can schedule your event for your chosen dates.

Participants

This camp is directed at Guides, Pathfinders and Rangers with 2+ nights of Girl Guide tenting experience and their leaders.

Hosts

Unit, District or Area core staff teams.

Costs

This event is designed to be run as a multi-day activity. Local prices will depend on unit choices. Hosting groups should budget to cover the cost of any food provided, program materials and any site fees. The provincially subsidized program supply boxes include crests and program materials and will be charged at $5 per participant.

Please complete the Camping Committee Specialty Order form to order program supplies subsidized by BC Council for your Camp.

What's in the Choose Your Path Camp-in-a-Box kit?

Each kits contains:

  • Themed camp crest
  • Useful camp swag

What do Units/Districts/Areas receive?

Each Unit/District/Area running a camp will receive:

  • Camp planning guide, planned campfire, digital files and posters
  • One free camp crest and guider crest with every 5 youth kits ordered (for your leaders)
  • Additional camp crests may be ordered for $1 each (for extra leaders, helpers and other-aged girls)

Due to limited supplies (only 2500 kits available), program boxes can be purchased only for Guide, Pathfinder, and Ranger-aged youth and only by BC Units, Districts, or Areas that are hosting camps. We will only purchase supplies for the groups who have ordered. We will not purchase extras.
