Contract Submission

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. If your request is due in less than seven business days, we will do our best to fulfill it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be processed within your required timeline. During busy seasons, contracts may take longer than the 14-day standard.

Please use this form for the following contract purposes:

Agreement with a facility for any special event such as:

  1. Unit activity
  2. Local planner events
  3. Provincial projects
  4. Regular unit meeting space (except for schoolboard permits)

The applicant is responsible for the following:

  1. Fully completing the agreement/contract (except for signature/initials)
    • Please note: Agreements/contracts that do not have all the relevant information included will be sent back to the applicant and will need to be resubmitted for signature.
  2. Arranging for payment (except for regular unit meeting spaces)
    • Events or other activities: the applicant is responsible for making payment to the facilities except in the case of PR events, for which you can request subsidy using the Recruitment Event Subsidies form.
  3. Obtaining insurance if needed (except for regular unit meeting spaces)

Please see below some important notices before completing the form:

  • We assume that you have done all the correct paperwork leading up to your event i.e. Safe Guide (if needed), insurance (if needed), FR.1 (if needed), etc.
  • We assume that upon receiving the signed contract that you have thoroughly read the outlined rules and guidelines.
  • We do not arrange for payment unless it is for a regular unit meeting space.
